Using the Superbowl to Your Advantage

Whether you’re an individual or a brand, your social media should at the very least mention that the Super Bowl is going on!

Pssst, it’s slated for Sunday, February 12th at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. You have plenty of time to prepare!

Running promotions or campaigns around the Super Bowl, popular events, and holidays will help iconify your brand and put you in a better position within the marketplace.

It wasn’t for the Super Bowl, but March Madness (another globally popular occurrence), when we were asked by US Foods to help promote their new Chef Store store locations. Previously they only delivered to restaurants, so it was important that we got the word out to restaurant owners. We ran a multi-faceted and geo-targeted campaign called “Munch Madness” where we gave away 4 tickets to “the big game!” (pssst…you can’t say “March Madness” due to legal not allowing it and naming rights).

Anyhow! People. Ate. It. Up. Literally.

You may not be in the retail or restaurant industry, but you surely have a story to tell and finding milestones to build it around is a great way to do it!

Question, do you know what’s on your marketing calendar for the year, quarter, and/or the months ahead?
